Hola, thank you for the most wonderful week we could have ever possibly dreamed of for my daughter''s wedding. It was a week of lavish service, magnificent food, accommodations of pure paradise, and standards of excellence beyond my wildest hopes. The Grand Velas was the perfect setting for our family and friends to have a week of unimaginable pleasure. To add perfection to perfection we were blessed with the services of Tatiana Carrion your wedding planner. Our every wish was carried out to the letter. We were very specific in what we asked for in colors, fabric, food, ceremony, all that a wedding entails and she found everything we wanted.....right down to maracas for us to play, to a violinist for the ceremony, to the most magnificent dinner, to welcome bags placed in rooms... I assure you Tatiana''s name will be used for any recommendations we have for future brides. Thank you so, so very much. We are already planning a return trip in the spring. Mucho, mucho gracia

There are too many stories of amazing service to share. I will just say that not only did GV treat my fiance and I like a King and Queen, but they also treated our quests like royalty. We are a very well traveled bunch, and no one has ever seen anything like the service at GV. They truly seemed to go out of their way to make sure our stay and our wedding was amazing. The best part of the people at GV is that they appear to actually have fun at their jobs. One quick story about the service. We did a sunset wedding followed up with an outdoor dinner on the grass lawn and a dance on the nearby patio. Even though we had 40 tiki torches surrounding the area of the dinner & dance, it seemed like it still might be a little too dark. So the morning of our wedding, GV moved 3 full size palms into the area and wrapped them with string lights. I'm not kidding. They moved them back out the next morning. I couldn't believe it. And as great as the property and the staff are, by far the best.

You and your staff catered to every need for our group both graciously and professionally. As our group coordinator, I appreciated the detailed attention for our events which made our group dinners and events exceed everyone???s expectations. Our group welcome and farewell dinners were five star quality in both taste and presentation. I would also like to thank you for sending the Chef to assist us with our meal selections at Cocina De Autor. The special ???off menu??? meal he prepared just for our hospitality team was truly a memorable dining experience! The service we received was exceptional. Our server was both knowledgeable and personable. I will recommend the Grand Velas Resort and Spa to everyone for any future corporate events or personal vacations! Thank you all!
