A huge Thank You to everyone at Grand Velas!! My husband, daughter and I had the most amazing vacation that we will never forget. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable every day. We enjoyed every restaurant we went to, incredible food and service....especially Juan at Azul!! He went above and beyond each time he waited on us. Sebastian, our Personal Concierge, was top notch and was extremely helpful in assisting us each day with booking reservations and often to make suggestions. Arendy and her coworkers at the concierge desk couldn't have been more helpful. They actually took the time to help my daughter with a Spanish project and found something for her to take home with her for her project!! Truly everyone there (I wish I remembered everyone's name) was so friendly and awesome and made our stay so much more memorable!! We stayed in the Ambassador suite and it was not only comfortable in every way, the beautiful sunrise each morning was the perfect way to start the day. The Spa at Zen was a more than amazing experience, best massage ever!! There isn't one negative thing we could say....except it had to come to an end. We will be back and will let all our Family and Friends know where to find Paradise!! Thank you so much for a vacation to remember!!

Best vacation ever! Stayed in the Grand Class,room was beautiful, pool is unbelievable. Food was amazing. Please give Roberto our butler and Angel by the ambassador pool a raise! I will come back again. My only questionable remark was Autor restrurant we did not enjoy. The service was great did not like the food.

We visited And enjoyed our stay. Bautista was extremely a great pool server at the pool by the spa. The room was very nice, resort was beautiful. The restaurants were good. We did not enjoy the restaurant Azul, Sen Lin, or the Frida. We liked the Luca, bistro, and the Piaf.
