La Inspiración Que Necesita: Opiniones Acerca De Grand Velas Riviera Maya

We recently stayed at Grand Velas to celebrate my 50th. I could not have experienced a better time than to be with family at this resort. The staff were beyond friendly, especially our concierge, Puala, Wow - she went above and beyond every day! Carlos and David were never far on the beach with cocktails (lots of cocktails), food and towels. Everyone was so genuinely friendly. The food was beyond terrific. The suite was beyond clean, comfortable, and accommodating for 6 women. The Spa was beyond amazing.We had massages every day. We took walks on the beach everyday so we saw other resorts along the way. They don't even come close. So glad we chose Grand Velas. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Was so hard to leave.

We have been to Grand Velas 3 times and absolutely love it. We had been to one other all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya before and the food there just wasn't up to par. Grand Velas's food is outstanding and the service impeccable. The staff is so friendly. We will always remember Pedro, Rodrigo, and Marco at the Ambassador pool. They were so attentive and always served with a smile. We stayed in the Zen section, which is so peaceful and relaxing. Claudia was our concierge and took care of every last detail of our stay, and continually checked on us to see if we needed anything. Chakka was our favorite place for breakfast and we were so well taken care of by all, especially hostess Jasmine (Yasmeen?) and waiters Willie and Antonio. The staff treats everyone like family and they aim to please. We will probably never even try another resort because Grand Velas is just perfect.

This has to be the absolute best all-inclusive I have ever experienced. This was a couples trip so we got to stay on the adult Grand Class side of the property. The room was huge and on the 2nd floor and up incredible direct views of the beach and ocean. The pools (3 total on the property) were also very nice and the beach was white powder sand. The ocean water was wonderful. A little rocky but nothing unmanageable. The service was the absolute best I have experienced in the Caribbean/Mexico. Blanca was extremely attentive with very professional client service. Manuel, the beach/pool manager, was professional and accommodating with anything and everything we needed. The pool attendants at Grand Class were also very professional and even brought over chairs at the pool when all were taken. As for the food, we very much enjoyed Bistro for breakfast and dinner, Piaf was wonderful, did not like Cocina de autor (tasking menu), and the buffet at Azul for lunch was pretty good. We very much enjoyed the the Koi bar at the Zen building where we watched the final four on an enormous screen. The spa took the cake for us with an absolutely wonderful massage that came with the ability to lounge at the indoor hydrotherapy pool area unlike anything I have experienced at anywhere else. The kids activities looked great and tempts us to go back with ours. Either way we will certainly keep this place in our rotation.
