Time of our lives

This has been by far the greatest vacation we have had. The staff , food, Everyone was amazing! I am very picky about hotel cleanliness and before we got there I was worried. But when we came into our room and I a chance to meet the maid, I was in heaven. It was the first time I was not thinking about how really clean everything was - because it was awesome.

Exemplary Service, Smile

The "Grand" in Grand Velas is an understatement! What a great place, food was awesome, and the service impeccable. If you visit, you will want to meet Julio and Allessio, they stood out above the best in service!

Tremendous breakfast buffet and lunch!

The large seletion of fruits might be expected, but the dozens of juice selections was fabulous! Beet juice, tangerine juice, a green drink and soy milk are just some of the more unusual choices. The preparation and presentation of the entrees and sides was almost overwhelming! Very healthy food...lovely presentation and excellent staffing! Coffee was delicious! Felt like royalty!
