My husband and I recently vacationed at the Grand Velas. This resort was amazing. The service, the cleanliness, and the food was amazing. The hospitality of the staff and the willingness to go above and beyond made this a vacation we will not forget. We highly recommend this resort.

Took our adult children and grandchildren for the week over Thanksgiving. We were 14 in all. ages ranging from 70 to 5. We all have vacationed extensively before and was very apprehensive about the outcome of this reunion. My kids came from LA, Chicago, New York and we now live in Boca.From the time we were picked up at Cancun airport until the time we brought back to go to our respective home flights, there was not one complaint. The service, the food, the amenities were all perfect. The 24 hour room service was 5 star rating, if you were not full from the wonderful food served at all the restaurants. Our younger grandchildren loved the kids and teen club. The dedicated staff there are remarkable. There are not enough good adjectives to describe Grand Velas. The only comment from my 40 year olds was not any night life except the karaoke bar. They went into Playa Del Carmen. I would recommend this resort to any and all age groups. We were at the Ambassador and Gran Class. Perfect for our family.
