No tengo palabras para agradecer todas las atenciones del personal del hotel, en especial de Maren, una concierge que de verdad es la más extraordinaria del mundo!! Me comprometí en el viaje y todos los detalles en los que apoyaron a mi novio quedaron fuera de serie, una persona que además de ser excelente en su trabajo, se esfuerza y da ese extra que hace que todo se vuelva perfecto!! El hotel es una maravilla, lo tienen impecable y disfruté como nunca!!! Comí delicioso, eché drinks, celebré y todo fue espectacular!! Me urge regresar y ya tengo destino para celebrar mis aniversarios

Estuvimos con los niños nueve días en este resort. No ha sido barato pero nos devolvieron en servicios cada centavo. Personal muy atento y diligente, siempre un paso adelante de nuestras necesidades. Los restaurantes con una carta excelente, los cuartos súper cómodos. Los niños se movieron libre y cómodamente por el resort. Volveré apenas pueda.

The resort is stunning, the food is delicious and the employees are the heart of this place. My husband and I came here on a family vacation. We do not have children but our family members do. They stayed in the ambassador and we stayed in Grand Class. We got best of both worlds. This resort really knows how to spoil the kids and spoil us the adults. My favorite restaurant has been the Bistro and Frida. Our servers have been great on both sides. One day we did the beach on the ambassador side. Otoneil has taken care of all our needs for transportation and even got us set up for a day golfing. He has been so helpful as we have changed our flight back to extend our stay he has gotten all our travel agreements set up. We were luckily enough to get a cabana which both Jorge and Fernando made us feel so welcomed. They are a good team down there between the adults and children. My husband and I really enjoyed the swim up bar on the Grand Velas side which Angel and Phellepe know how to make a great drink and his fun conversations. I also enjoyed the beach on the ambassador side I usually got there in the late afternoon and always got a cabana. They always said we have one but it's at the end which I have no problem with especially as Mario was so attentive. Also, my husband and I loved the sky bar and Anna is amazing. She introduced us to some Mexican wines we would have never been able to try at home and so glad we did. We will come back and hope to see these familiar faces. We enjoyed the beat boys show with the family followed by the casino and show at the Bistro. We even won some tequila. It's also worth it to get a massage at the pool if your not such a spa person. Great vacation spot for families. The service is very good and the staff was always eager to help. The rooms are spacious and easily can accommodate 2 rollaway beds. The pools are fabulous and the kids loved the activities
