The cocktail features Xtabentun, a Mayan liqueur with honey infused from the native Xtabentun flower. The Xtabentun flower and liqueur are common elements in a variety of Mayan legends that have been passed down generation after generation. The Grand Velas Cocktail Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz - Xtabentun Mayan Liqueur
  • 4 cubes - Pineapple
  • ½ cup - Club Soda
  • 2 - Ice Cubes
  • 1 - Orange slice
  • 2 Tbs - Lime Juice

Directions

  1. Pour the lime juice and the Xtabentun Mayan liqueur in a glass with ice
  2. Add the pineapple cubes and stir.
  3. Finally pour club soda on top and garnish with an orange slice.
